Keystone Lab Blog is the working journal of the team at Keystone Lab. We write here as we build our products — starting with Panora — about the decisions behind them, the trade-offs we are weighing, and the things we got wrong and then fixed.

It is a developer log, not a publication. There is no schedule, and there is nothing to sign up for. Posts appear when we have something real to say, and they try to be honest about what is actually built, what is only designed, and what is still just a hope.
